I have sensitive and very allergic skin with chronic redness and rosacea myself and it’s been a long journey of trial and error through which I have figured out how I can use Clarisonic to increase cellular turnover without damaging my skin. So if you guys are in a similar situation, here are 10 tips or precautions you should take while using Clarisonic
on you sensitive skin, to avoid further irritating it:
#1 Do NOT use Clarisonic Mia on Irritated Areas
#4 Change your brush heads every 3 months
#5 Do NOT use this every day twice a day. It’s far too irritating for sensitive skin. I use it 3 times a week ONLY.
#6 Do NOT use longer than 60 seconds on each application.
#7 NEVER EVER remove makeup using Clarisonic. You may breakout.
#8 Clean after every use and always air dry in order to prevent mold from growing in it.
#9 NEVER use Clarisonic in combination with other exfoliators.
#10 Use Clarisonic ONLY in your night skincare routine. Allow your skin a good 8 hour sleep to heal itself before exposing it to the sun or putting makeup on.
